Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, knows how to knock out a cyst. She’s popped all sizes and kinds of cysts, from a tiny “boba” head cyst to a gray “egg yolk” cyst to a massive “thick and oozy” cyst. Basically, she’s a total cyst expert.
Dr. Pimple Popper pops a patient’s large head cyst in a new video on posted on their YouTube channel. The whole cyst pops out looking like a “rotten meatball,” and Dr. Pimple Popper even lets the patient’s mom watch the pop up close.

A meatball cyst, also known as an epidermoid cyst, is a small, round lump under the skin that can resemble a meatball in shape and size.
