Chantelle Houghton Cuts a Slimline Figure After Losing a Staggering Two Stone In Just 6 Weeks

Chantelle Houghton, former Big Brother star, lost 28 pounds in six weeks through diet and exercise, motivated by her one-year-old daughter, Dolly. She focused on eating more fruits and vegetables and reducing protein and carbs.

She wrote: ‘I’m really proud of myself this week as I’ve pretty much reached the weight I was before I had Dolly. I won’t lie, it was hard work at times, but I’m glad I did it.

‘It’s amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.’

And Chantelle has a novel way to stay in shape – splashing out on some figure-hugging clothes.

She added: ‘I’m not going to slip back into bad old habits. I’m also going to buy myself a couple of pairs of skinny jeans from Zara and make sure I stay in them.

‘I’ve been living in leggings and it’s so easy to put on a few pounds without noticing.’

Now near her pre-pregnancy weight, Chantelle plans to wear skinny jeans to stay mindful of her progress. Negative comments about her appearance also pushed her to take control of her health, and she’s committed to maintaining her new lifestyle for herself and Dolly. Read more below..
